Cancellations by Trexpert

In rare cases, Trexpert may need to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues. In such situations, we offer the following options:

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for the cancelled activity.

• Rescheduling: You may choose to reschedule for a different date without any additional charges, subject to availability.

• Activity Credit: You can opt for credit towards any future Trexpert adventure, which can be used within one year of the original booking date.

5. Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Events

For outdoor and adventure activities, weather conditions may impact safety. Trexpert reserves the right to cancel or modify activities in the event of poor weather, natural disasters, or other safety concerns. If an activity is canceled due to such reasons, the options mentioned in Section 4 will apply (full refund, rescheduling, or credit).

6. No-Show Policy

If a participant does not show up for their scheduled activity without prior notice or contact, no refund or rescheduling option will be available. The booking will be treated as a last-minute cancellation.

7. Partial Participation or Early Departure

If you begin an activity but choose to leave early or are unable to complete it due to personal reasons, no partial refunds will be provided.

8. Special Promotions and Packages

For promotional offers, bundled packages, or discounted bookings, specific cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and may differ from the standard cancellation terms.

9. Third-Party Services

If your booking includes services provided by third-party vendors (such as transportation or accommodation), their cancellation policies may apply in addition to Trexpert’s terms.

10. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. Cancellations will be processed based on the date and time of your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed, if applicable.
