Trexpert Refund Policy
At Trexpert, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers. We understand that plans can change, and this refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the timing of the cancellation. The refund amount will depend on when you notify us of your cancellation, as outlined below:

• Cancellations Made 15+ Days Before the Activity: Full refund of the booking amount, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fee.

• Cancellations Made 7-14 Days Before the Activity: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fee.

• Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Activity: No refund will be provided, as the booking is considered confirmed at this stage.

• Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 24 Hours of Activity Start): No refund or rescheduling option is available.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits
Certain activities may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will be clearly communicated during the booking process. The deposit is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling Requests (More Than 7 Days Before the Activity): You may request to reschedule your booking without any additional charges, subject to availability. If the new date falls under a higher pricing bracket (e.g., peak season), the price difference will need to be paid.

• Rescheduling Requests (Less Than 7 Days Before the Activity): Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion, but additional fees may apply. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

4. Activity Cancellations by Trexpert
In the rare case that Trexpert cancels an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances, the following options will be available:

• Full Refund: You will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.

• Rescheduling: You may choose to reschedule your activity for a later date without any additional charges, subject to availability.

• Credit for Future Use: You may opt to receive credit for the full booking amount, which can be used for any future Trexpert activities.

5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for the activity at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be provided. The booking will be treated as a last-minute cancellation.

6. Partial Participation
If a participant chooses to leave an activity early or is unable to complete it due to personal reasons, no partial refund will be provided. Full payment is required once the activity has started.

7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the booking. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Third-Party Services
If your booking includes third-party services (e.g., transportation, accommodation, or meals provided by partners), their refund policies will apply in addition to Trexpert’s refund policy.

9. Refund Exceptions

• Refunds are not applicable for minor changes or delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

• Special event bookings and promotional deals may have unique refund conditions. Please check the terms and conditions at the time of booking for specific information.
