• 05:00 PM: Participant arrival & camp registration at Indrana Base Camp

• 05:30 PM: Orientation & group ice-breaker activities

• 06:30 PM - 07:30 PM: Strength games, mind games & team-building tasks

• 07:30 PM: Evening snacks around the bonfire

• 08:00 PM - 10:00 PM:🎶 Bonfire Night – Music, interactive games & storytelling🎤 Patriotic Open Mic – Poems, speeches, and group songs to celebrate Independence Day Eve

• 10:00 PM: Dinner under the stars

• 11:00 PM: Lights out – Overnight stay in tents

1. Registration & Participation

   • Participation is only confirmed upon receipt of the full event fee.

   • No on-spot registrations will be accepted without prior approval.

   • Age eligibility: Minimum 10 years (minors must be accompanied by an adult).

   • Government-issued ID proof is mandatory at the time of reporting.

2. Safety & Conduct

   • All participants must follow instructions from Trexpert organizers and guides.

   • Use of safety gear (helmets, harnesses, etc.) is mandatory for trekking and adventure activities.

   • Any behavior considered unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful towards staff or other participants may result in removal from the event without refund.

   • Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited during the event.

3. Health & Fitness

   • Participants must declare any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries.

   • Trexpert reserves the right to deny participation to individuals deemed unfit for strenuous activities.

4. Environment & Community

   • All participants are required to follow Leave No Trace principles.

   • No littering, damaging plants, or disturbing wildlife.

   • Respect the local community, culture, and property.

❌ Exclusions

• Personal expenses

• Transportation to/from base camp (unless specified)

• Insurance coverage for personal belongings

• Medical expenses beyond basic first aid

📆 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation by participant up to 7 days before the event: 50% refund

• Cancellation within 7 days of event: No refund

• Cancellation due to natural calamity, government restriction, or pandemic: Trexpert will offer an alternative date or partial refund, at its discretion.

• No refund for participants removed for violation of event policies.

🆘 Emergency Policy

• Trexpert will provide basic first aid and coordinate with local hospitals in case of medical emergencies.

• Ambulance support will be on standby.

• All emergency expenses beyond first aid are the participant’s responsibility.

📝 Insurance & Liability

• Trexpert is not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or death that may occur due to factors beyond its control.

• All participants acknowledge the inherent risks of outdoor and adventure activities and participate voluntarily.

• By registering, you agree to indemnify Trexpert and all associated personnel from any claims arising from participation.
