First death on Friday in Assam from Corona, three deaths in Gujarat and two in Andhra Pradesh in 24 hours
Mumbai had the highest number of 993 patients and 64 deaths in the country; 10 infected people died here within 20 hours

new Delhi. The number of people who died of corona infection in the country is continuously increasing. On Friday, 26 infectives died across the country during treatment. So far 258 people have lost their lives due to Corona in the country. In Mumbai, the maximum number of 10 patients lost their lives within 20 hours. With this, the death toll in Mumbai increased to 64. Four people, including a doctor, died on Friday in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. A doctor has died here on Thursday as well. So far 27 patients in the city have died due to corona. Three patients died in Gujarat and two in Andhra Pradesh. One each died in Chandigarh, Haryana, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Punjab and Assam. Earlier on Thursday, 34 people died across the country.
Deaths on Friday Madhya Pradesh: Four people died today in Indore. CMHO Praveen Jadia said that at 11 am on Friday morning, a resident of 65 years, former District Ayush officer, Brahmabagh died from Corona. They were posted in Dhar. Presently doing private practice. Earlier on Thursday, Dr. Shatrughan Panjwani died. He was 62 years old. In addition, patients aged 52, 65 and 70, corona-infected also succumbed. Haryana: A 76-year-old Italian woman citizen died in Gurgaon. The infected woman was admitted to Medanta Hospital since March 5. The woman was admitted along with 13 other suspects from Italy. All the others had recovered. Chandigarh:A 77-year-old woman died in Chandigarh on March 7. He was admitted to a local hospital due to cough and difficulty in breathing. However, the woman's report on Friday turned out to be positive.
Punjab: The corona test positive of a 78-year-old elderly woman has come up in Mohali on Friday. He died on 7 April.
Assam: First death recorded in the state. The 65-year-old died here.
Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat: Three deaths occurred in Gujarat and two in Andhra Pradesh from Thursday evening to Friday morning.
Maharashtra: 10 corona infected died today in Mumbai. These included 4 women and 6 men. Among the dead were infected patients aged from 46 years to 75 years. There were also 7 deceased diabetics and two hypertension patients. 2 patients had kidney problems. While a 45-year-old deceased did not have any disease before.
Tamil Nadu: According to the Chief Secretary of the state, an infected patient died on Friday. So far 9 patients have died in the state.
