Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by participant up to 7 days before the event: 50% refund
Cancellation within 7 days of event: No refund
Cancellation due to natural calamity, government restriction, or pandemic: Trexpert will offer an alternative date or partial refund, at its discretion.
No refund for participants removed for violation of event policies.
Emergency Policy
Trexpert will provide basic first aid and coordinate with local hospitals in case of medical emergencies. Ambulance support will be on standby. All emergency expenses beyond first aid are the participant’s responsibility.
Insurance & Liability
Trexpert is not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or death that may occur due to factors beyond its control. All participants acknowledge the inherent risks of outdoor and adventure activities and participate voluntarily. By registering, you agree to indemnify Trexpert and all associated personnel from any claims arising from participation.
