Day 1: Arrival, Camping, & Evening Adventure

5:00 PM: Orientation and Icebreaker Games

6:00 PM: Strength and Team-Building Challenges

7:00 PM: Snacks & Relaxation Around the Bonfire

Day 2: Jungle Trek, Peak Summit, & Adventure Activities
6:00 AM: Start the Jungle Trek
Begin the ascent through Indrana’s lush forests, accompanied by expert guides.
10:00 AM: Summit Sidhbaba Peak (1000m Gain)Celebrate reaching the peak and enjoy a panoramic view of the village and surrounding landscape.
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Peak Exploration and Scenic Photography

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Packed Lunch / Self-Cooking

Event participation Adventure activities under expert supervision Camping facilities Meals as per itinerary Safety equipment Certificate of Participation Exclusions Personal expenses Transportation to/from base camp (unless specified) Insurance coverage for personal belongings Medical expenses beyond basic first aid Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation by participant up to 7 days before the event: 50% refund Cancellation within 7 days of event: No refund Cancellation due to natural calamity, government restriction, or pandemic: Trexpert will offer an alternative date or partial refund, at its discretion. No refund for participants removed for violation of event policies.
Emergency Policy Trexpert will provide basic first aid and coordinate with local hospitals in case of medical emergencies. Ambulance support will be on standby. All emergency expenses beyond first aid are the participant’s responsibility. Insurance & Liability Trexpert is not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or death that may occur due to factors beyond its control.
All participants acknowledge the inherent risks of outdoor and adventure activities and participate voluntarily. By registering, you agree to indemnify Trexpert and all associated personnel from any claims arising from participation.
